Agree with "puzzled", Can Openers was one of my favorite reads, but I suppose it would have taken a visionary to see it and lets be honest, CBS has moved into the convalescent home with Les cheerleading the geriatric squad. They're squeezing the procedural teet dry...(yawn)...too bad.

This is my absolutely favorite show and I'm thrilled that it's been picked up. Fantastic news. This is really one of the only 2 shows I watch every week.

CAN OPENERS was by far the best pilot script i read this year (along w/ Fox's VIRTUALITY). a shame that folks are still talking about a MOONLIGHT renewal (easily the lamest new show this side of CAVEMEN) when CAN OPENERS could be the Eye's answer to GRAY'S or HOUSE.

Good to see that The Tower is still in contention and a decision will be made later. The show would be a huge hit for CBS. Hopefully, CBS picks it up and places it on their schedule.

I thought Zach Braff wanted to jump into movies and dump Scrubs after Garden State came out. But I guess the low box-office grosses and the cartoon voice-over jobs he was offered convinced him otherwise. Still, I give him credit for sticking with what he does best unlike David Duchovny who thought he was going to be the next big star, and then he had to come back to the X-Files.

Glad to see "Life on Mars" as a pickup by ABC. This show has potential especially with Jason O'Mara in the lead.

What ever happened to bedford falls, and the folks who did northern exposure, and GDG doing comedys....why is McG one of the top television producers of our day, and jerry bruckheimer...these guys take hackery to a new level.

Though I'm glad to see eli stone get renewed, big jonny lee miller fan (if you haven't seen hackers, shame on you)

Thank you for the updates, much appreciated. I will be forever grateful if you can post the latest info about Moonlight. I'm hearing the buzz isn't good and that a certain major writer of the show was let go on Friday. Is there any truth to that?
Thanks!

I'm looking forward to the 'The X List' as I have great faith in Diane Ruggerio's work, but nothing else sounds thrilling yet. I hope they give a fair chance to some of the new pilots from this season that may have gotten off to a shaky start and then got hit by the writer's strike.

Any definitive word on Women's Murder Club yet? Still a possibility for a last minute renewal?
