Pellicano Trial Update: No Mistrial

U.S. District Court Judge Dale Fischer nixed Pellicano co-defendant LAPD Sgt Mark Arneson's motion for a mistrial. If only this trial would end... and it will soon. The case goes to the jury this week.

  1. hummel should put stanley ornellas back on the stand and ask why he did not pursue a criminal investigation when according to a FBI report dated 3/22/04 filed as an exhibit by hummel today arenson ” claimed someone had forged his name on the bankruptcy claim”

    How is it even remotely possible that FORGERIES would be a re-curring theme in this trial?

    It’s an old one but it works.

    “Where’s there’s smoke there’s fire.”

    And is this VinceRo guy a Greenberg Glusker attorney or operative?

    Perhaps Bert Fields’ heavy client Scientologist Tom Cruise will answer this question as he shows up on a snowmobile with Oprah to sell a 2-part “Scientology is normal” event.
