I can report there's no truth to the very specific rumor sweeping Hollywood that HBO/Warner Bros. and series creator David Chase will jointly announce a Sopranos movie tomorrow. I just checked with Sopranos' executive producer Brad Grey (now Paramount's chief), who tells me that Chase is living in France and "just taking time off. There is absolutely no discussion of the movie."
