I think this is unlikely but we'll see. And, in yesterday's article in the NYT, there's a quote from Attorney Stephen Kolodny, "Tony Pellicano runs family law..." It's curious that these comments aren't being explored or expanded on, either in the press or in the Court. Two items worth noting.
