So Hollywood's uber-litigator Bert Fields keeps getting bumped, and bumped again, so the earliest he could take the witness stand in the Pellicano federal trial is Friday, according to my colleague Steven Mikulan who's reporting on it for DHD and LA Weekly. Unless Bert’s testimony outs Tom Cruise, I can’t say it’s too intriguing at this point.
