I would put the odds of him being convinced at about 98%. And if convicted, he's going to get a jail sentence which will pretty much ensure that he will die in jail. Sure he must have known what Pellicano was doing was illegal but there's no legal proof of that. And the feds aren't deciding to let him testify as a witness.
